About us

We specialize in poke bowls (Hawaiian) and sushi rolls (Japanese) with very fresh ingredients starting from our fish (seafood) and all vegetables that goes into the bowls. We make all of our sauces in-house from scratch; that includes all of our sauces like spicy mayo, ponzu, kimchi ponzu, garlic soy, creamy garlic sesame, yuzu ponzu, wasabi soy, teriyaki, and Fish & Things mix to name a few. Some of our offerings on our menu includes, building your own poke bowls, Signature bowls (Classic Hawaiian, California Love, Heat Wave), Ahi Poke Tacos, Salmon Poke Tacos, Ahi Tuna Burger, Salmon Burger, Teriyaki Chicken, Unagi Bowls, Spam Musubi, Sushi Rolls, Sashimi Mixes, Salmon Carpaccio, Spicy Tuna Handrolls, and Salmon Skin Rice Boxes. We also have gluten free and Vegan options.

I LOVE FISH AND THINGS. If you like salmon skin and rice, I recommend getting the salmon skin rice bowl. It is a huge portion, and so delicious! It comes with salmon skin, spicy Mayo drizzle, white rice and a side of edamame. I also ordered a side of crab salad to complete my meal...

...This place is amazing and it's my go to spot. Definitely the best in Elk Grove, always fresh and clean. The staff are on it and safe: always gloved and masked for covid as well as limiting people in the store to seven. Best poke in Elk Grove. Build your own poke bowl

...The food arrived fresh and well packaged. The panko shrimp were a little too "panko'ed" but the fish and things roll was just delicious and beautifully presented! The (raw) salmon tacos were also a hit and the poke bowl was also a win. The seafood was so fresh! I'll definitely be back (or order again!)

This place has great sushi. One of my favorite places to go to for a quick sushi fix. They have lots of options ranging from rolls, poke bowls, and snacks. My favorite rolls from here would be their Dragon roll and their Fish & Things roll. Decent pricing and great quality. I also really love their spam musubi, very flavorful and the sauce in it complements everything well. I would go here anytime.

The quality and freshness of everything here are great! The food is consistently good and the menu is so inclusive, it even has items for those who don't enjoy seafood as well as some vegetarian options. You definitely get what you pay for here, and it is a big favorite amongst my friends and me. One of the best poke places around!
